Straight answers

The things people ask before they book, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask me before you pay for anything.

Is this medical advice?

No. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I help you understand the information already in front of you, organize the case, and prepare for conversations with the clinicians who are treating you. If this is an emergency, call 911.

What happens on the first call?

You walk me through the case in your own words. I ask questions, take notes, and start building the structure of your report. The call is recorded and saved in your private case file for you to keep.

What if you ask me something I don't want to answer?

You can skip it. In chat, long-press a message and tap the flag if you do not want to answer. No explanation is required; we just move on.

What do you need from me?

An email address to sign in, plus your name and date of birth so I know whose case I am reviewing. Labs, records, imaging, and other documents are optional and only shared if you choose.

Can I stop?

Priority Chat can be canceled anytime, with access continuing through the period you already paid for. Advocacy Case fees are non-refundable once your time is booked, except if I reschedule you more than once; in that situation, you can request a full refund.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored in the United States, and accessible only to you and me through the app. Sessions are private, and you can request deletion of your account and case data at any time.

Still not sure?

Ask me first. Nothing about this is designed to catch you out.
