ABOUT
What I can do for you
I work with patients facing complicated neurological conditions across the US and Canada. I came to advocacy after living through autoimmune encephalitis myself and learning how hard it is to make a complicated medical story understandable to the people treating you. My role is to stay on your side of the table and help you make the strongest use of the care you already have.
From me
My mission statement is simply this: earlier diagnosis and treatment leads to better outcome. My one job is to get you to the finish line faster, so you suffer less and have a better and more robust recovery.
The purpose
I'm a patient advocate with 5 years' worth of boots on the ground experience, not a doctor. I do not diagnose or treat. I help you make sense of what your records actually say, identify the questions that still need answers, and prepare for the next conversation with your care team. When it is useful, I can also research physicians, programs, and other resources that fit your case and your travel limits.
How a case runs
-
Choose a time for a phone or video call and give me the basics about your case. Booking takes about two minutes.
-
Review one agreement covering the service, privacy, and recording. It is written to be read, not buried in legal language.
-
Pay $1,200. Your case includes our call, review of the records you share, and a written report within 7 days. A follow-up session is $275 if you need one.
What you get out of it
Instead of carrying the whole story in your head, you leave with one organized file you can use with any specialist.
24/7 Priority Chat
Priority Chat is $50 a month and is separate from case work. You can message me from your phone and see when I am online. I answer as I am available, so response time is not guaranteed. Cancel anytime; your history remains available to you.
See how I work before you book
I talk through real cases and the medical system on YouTube, including full interviews with people navigating complex neurological illness and live discussions where we work through a case in real time. If you want to know who you are hiring, watch before you spend a dollar.
The legal basics
This is patient advocacy, not medical care. There is no diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, doctor-patient relationship, or emergency service. If this is an emergency, call 911. Your data is encrypted, stored in the United States, accessible only to you and me through the app, and deletable on request.
